ABOUT THE ROLE
Gradian projects is an EPC company growing at fast pace in regional Victoria and NSW. Gradian Project's goal is to become one stop solution provider for mid tier projects in Victoria and NSW.
The ideal site engineer candidate will have experience in project delivery managers and project teams with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.
In order to be successful, you should be comfortable with taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities
Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
Responsible for RFI and submittal process
Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
Liaison with the Project Management team to ensure budget and time constraints are met
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Managing daily, weekly and monthly program
Subcontractor management
Flexible to stay on site while delivering the project
Assist in tendering and business development activities when not on site
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
4-6 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
Experience in use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong construction Contracts Administration or Site Engineer experience with a reputable mid tier construction company
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
