ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a friendly, close-knit team of dynamic and performance driven designers, architectural builders, project managers and carpenters with a rigorous, collaborative, and supportive approach. We’re looking to add another talented human to our fold in the form of a Site Manager who is motivated, positive and has a passion for what they do.
The Site Manager role involves overseeing, managing, and motivating the Manna Made team of carpenters, apprentices and sub-contractors on site. It also involves some liaison with clients, the wider Manna Made team and other sub-trades, ensuring the project proceeds on time and on budget. As the Site Manager, you will also be expected to work on-site as a carpenter from time to time, beside other Manna Made carpenters completing chargeable work.
REQUIREMENTS

Strong carpentry background
10+ years experience in domestic building
Demonstrated experience in managing $1.5M+ projects
Ability to manage and motivate people at all levels, from workers to sub-contractors
Ability to read and interpret plans
Exceptional communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills
Provide experience in building strong and effective client relationships
A well-presented nature
Solid OH&S understanding and skills
Shares core values of quality, authenticity, communication and accountability
Must have full drivers licence
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
