ABOUT THE COMPANY
CRA Constructions is an Australian owned and run family business, based in Mcdowall, Brisbane. Our team services across South East Queensland, from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast, and sometimes even regional QLD.
We pretty much do everything from a 600 x 600 plaster patch repair through to a 3000sqm new build plastering project. We focus on high end renovations, new builds and residential tidy ups.
ABOUT THE ROLE
CRA is a team of professional master plasterers who focus on high end residential plastering. Our reputation is built on being reliable, having an insanely good attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
We need you to be:
* Reliable, show up each day and on time
* Have your own tools including setting boxes
* Ideally, have done previous cornice work, metal framing and fixing
* Have your own car & license
* Be trustworthy, honest and efficient

Our projects are typically inner city Brisbane however, we do find our builders taking on regional projects on the odd occasion. We will set you up with accommodation and pay for travel when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
We are after a plasterer who is proud of the work they do and meticulous in their attention to detail. We expect a high level of finish due to the builders we work for.
What we need from you:
* Arriving on site early to greet the builder, being polite and having a good attitude whilst on site. Our builders appreciate our guys as they talk to the builder and all get along.
* We provide big ticket items such as scaffold and specialised tools but ideally you will have your own boxes and internal gear.
* High level of finish. We aim to have no prepaint therefore we expect all defects, left over glue and nail holes around windows and doors to be set regardless. Our process is taping, then running with an 8 inch, 10 inch and then topping with a 12 inch on each join.
* You will be running your own jobs regularly so we need to know we can trust and rely on you.
