We have a small and friendly factory based at Arana Hills where we manufacture and build custom joinery.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a new challenge?
We are in a phase of evolution and growth and invite you to join our team to work in a small factory where we take immense pride in the custom joinery we build and manufacture for our clients.
You will be an experienced Joiner who will support production in our factory and installation onsite. Our work is always diverse and interesting and will challenge you to improve and grow every day. Our factory is set out for a user-friendly flow from deliveries right through to installation. With our CNC technologies, our processes are easily managed. We strive for working smarter, not harder. We will provide training in our systems and processes and will ensure you are in a safe work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
You will:
Be a reliable team member who enjoys working with an evolving team
Be self-motivated and support continuous improvement
Have solid communication skills and the ability to contribute to the team
Have an attention to detail and a passion for quality
Have the desire to learn new ways of working
The must-haves for the role:
Qualifications in joinery/cabinet making or shop fitting
1+ years of installation experience
Experience in customer relations
Have a current drivers licence (MR licence highly regarded)
Experience in lean manufacturing will be highly regarded
